Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role at Planet Fitness focused on delivering exceptional member experiences and supporting new member sales. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting potential and current members, handling front desk tasks (phone inquiries, information calls, tours, check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts), and routing issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead.
