Job Summary
Connect with customers to build trusted relationships and assist with general banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries. Manage retail transactions and deposit products while developing skills to open and maintain accounts for consumers and businesses. Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and phone communication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions. This role offers valuable training and development to support career growth and advancement within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling, customer service, sales, and/or banking experience
- Associate degree in a business-related field
- Bilingual speakers, fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
