Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Culligan Boise Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and in person; addressing water quality questions and issues; processing payments, invoices, scheduling deliveries and service appointments; coordinating with other departments and dealerships to meet customer expectations. Requires excellent communication, quick problem solving, attention to detail, data entry and documentation; training to become a water-treatment expert; Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
