Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions while processing orders, updating account information, and maintaining accurate customer records. Schedule service appointments and delivery routes by coordinating with the operations team, and assist clients with product inquiries, billing issues, and service requests. Build lasting relationships by identifying needs to recommend additional products or maintenance plans, and resolve concerns professionally by escalating issues when necessary. Maintain precise documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all customer requests while collaborating with sales, service, and delivery teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
