Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to showroom and remote clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions; guide customers in product selection within the showroom; retrieve and bring product samples to customers; process sales transactions and generate sales orders; create shipping orders and packing lists; answer inbound sales calls and proactively follow up on quotes and inquiries; maintain customer contact information and transaction records; collaborate with the Sales Representative and stay informed about company products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
