Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, update customer information in our database, resolve customer concerns, and perform outbound follow-up to existing customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while dispatching and communicating with technicians throughout the day. This part-time, in-person role at Relief Heating and Cooling (Greensboro, NC) includes paid in-house training and opportunities for growth. Requires HS diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel; schedule is Monday–Friday with a 7:30 AM start and no weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
