Job Summary

Customer Service Representative for the Collision Center at Scott Family of Dealerships in Allentown, PA. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, scheduling estimates and repairs, processing repair orders, receiving and cashiering payments, reviewing accounts and researching missing/late payments, and setting up rental vehicles. Requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. 1 year of office/administrative experience preferred. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Training offered within the automotive dealership environment.
