Job Summary
Conduct retail and fuel sales transactions, manage cash drawer reconciliation, and prepare food and hot beverage products. Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, pumps, and car wash areas. Maintain courteous contact with customers while ensuring food safety hygiene and following CSI policies and procedures. Cross-check delivered goods for accuracy and distribute products throughout the store. Actively promote store specials and monitor product levels to maximize sales. Full-time and part-time shifts available with competitive weekly pay and direct deposit. Health, wellness, and education reimbursement packages offered. Requires English proficiency, food handling certificates, and ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old (21 for Washington locations).
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time on hard and uneven surfaces.
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and move product using proper lifting techniques.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
Desired Qualifications
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.
