Job Summary
Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members while answering phone calls professionally. Inform prospects about membership options and promotions, then facilitate account updates and operate the POS system to accept payments. Ensure retail items are fully stocked and assist in maintaining the club's cleanliness. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role requires CPR/AED certification, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical activity including prolonged standing and walking. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
