Job Summary
Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members while answering phone calls professionally. Inform prospects about membership options and promotions, facilitate account updates, and operate the POS system to accept payments. Ensure retail items are stocked and maintain the club's cleanliness. Assist in maintaining equipment and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role currently covers opening and closing shifts at Crunch Fitness, a fast-growing fitness brand in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional attitude
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
