Job Summary
Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members; answer phone calls professionally; inform prospects about membership options and promotions; facilitate account updates; ensure retail items are stocked; operate the POS system to accept payments; and assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role requires CPR/AED certification, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
