Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members while answering phone calls professionally. Inform prospects about membership options and promotions, then facilitate account updates and operate the POS system to accept payments. Ensure retail items are fully stocked and assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role includes opening and closing shifts at Crunch Fitness, a leading fitness brand. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills, with an ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency

- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
