Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members while answering phone calls professionally. Inform prospects about membership options and promotions, facilitate account updates, and operate the POS system to accept payments. Ensure retail items are stocked and maintain club cleanliness. Assist in operating all club equipment and perform physical tasks including lifting weights and prolonged standing. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role supports Crunch Fitness's community-focused culture with opportunities for leadership training and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
