Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Crunch Fitness. Part-time, hourly non-exempt role focusing on member and guest engagement, greeting/check-in, informing members about options/promotions, updating accounts, stocking retail items, operating POS, and maintaining club cleanliness. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/AED certification; 1 year customer service preferred; strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking. Hourly rate may vary by state.
