Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Representative at Crunch Fitness. Responsibilities include greeting/checking in members and guests, answering phones, informing prospective members about membership options and promotions, updating member accounts, stocking retail items, operating the POS system and handling payments, and helping maintain club cleanliness. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/AED certification; 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical activity, including standing and walking; hourly rate subject to state adjustments.
