Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Concord, Ontario on a 1-year contract. Responsibilities include accurately inputting new orders and updates into the Command Concrete dispatching system, serving as the primary contact for account and COD customers throughout the order process, responding promptly to inquiries with real-time delivery updates, allocating orders to appropriate concrete plants based on location and capacity, addressing service or quality issues with timely solutions, and supporting administrative tasks with adherence to environmental and health & safety standards. Requires 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Maps, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school education (High School Diploma or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role; experience in construction or dispatching is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Google Maps
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
