Job Summary
Answer inbound phone calls and support clients with trade requests, money movement, and online inquiries while preparing for FINRA Registered Representative licensure. Develop skills to handle complex situations, establish rapport, and resolve issues efficiently through a structured three-milestone program focused on licensing, skill development, and career growth. Work onsite for one week every four weeks as part of Fidelity's phased rollout, utilizing proprietary platforms and dedicated coaching resources to master financial services concepts.
