Job Summary
Answer and place calls professionally to obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations. Resolve client issues by using company resources to gather information and offer tailored solutions. Understand Copart practices to facilitate a unique customer service experience for internal and external customers. Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Focus on call quality metrics including knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up timing. Occasional overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment

- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45WPM
- Professional appearance

Desired Qualifications
