Obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations while answering and placing calls professionally. Resolve customer inquiries by applying company resources to gather information and offer tailored solutions. Monitor call quality metrics including knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up timing. Handle office support functions as needed and manage occasional overtime. This role serves as the primary customer interaction point for Copart's global vehicle auction platform, connecting sellers with buyers across 190 countries.
