Job Summary
Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly, listening attentively to concerns and scheduling service or sales appointments to keep the call board full. Dispatch technicians based on availability and prioritize high-value opportunities while providing accurate information on pricing and appointment details. Maintain organized customer records, assist with troubleshooting minor issues, and collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure seamless job delivery. Follow up post-appointment to address further concerns and obtain feedback, handling complaints with professionalism. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and generating service reports as required.
