Customer Service Representative (Contract)

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service through accurate and timely processing of customer and dealer orders, updating customer records, resolving service issues, answering inquiries regarding product, pricing and delivery, and coordinating across departments using ERP system (M3). Requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, post-secondary education in an agricultural field preferred, strong data-entry and computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This role is a 6-month contract based in Lethbridge with an 8-hour shift (40 hours/week) and standard Monday to Friday hours, with some flexibility for extended hours. Emphasis on accuracy, organization, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork; ERP/SAP experience is an asset.
