Job Summary
Join CGS as a Customer Service Representative supporting a large Federal agency. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, utilizing a knowledge base to provide accurate information, and documenting communications. Candidates should be fluent in English and/or Spanish and hold a high school diploma or GED. Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal)
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to navigate a content management system and related web sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, dependability, and time management skills.
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Call Center (omnichannel) background.
