Job Summary
Answer phone calls promptly and assist customers in the retail area, effectively resolving inquiries on the first call. Assess the needs of both new and existing customers, ensuring order accuracy and coordinating deliveries or services. Verify issues related to service authorization, insurance coverage, and reimbursement while providing compression services to clients by evaluating needs and recommending appropriate garments. Communicate clearly to minimize hold times and ensure efficient follow-up, sharing workload equally with the Customer Service team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday and includes a comprehensive benefits package with tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, phone, and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
