Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Coordinate order fulfillment, manage inquiries and quotes, resolve billing and order issues, maintain pricing in ERP, and collaborate with Sales/Price Support to ensure on-time delivery and grow customer relationships. Responsibilities include effective communication across teams, handling new customer/item setup, monitoring inventory, and supporting customers with product stocking and forecasts. Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and basic product understanding to assist customers and Sales reps is expected; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience and/or training in a non-retail customer service environment
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to learn internal database and software systems
