Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service as the primary contact for customers, handling order entry, quotes, inquiries via phone/email/chat, billing and order issue resolution, and coordination of new customer/item setup. Maintain accurate pricing in ERP, monitor inventory/back-orders, and collaborate with Sales, Price Support, and Technical Teams to meet customer needs. Demonstrate understanding of product knowledge, communicate effectively across functions, and support across the order fulfillment process from inquiry to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience and/or training in a non-retail customer service environment
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to learn internal database and software systems
