Job Summary
Deliver customer experiences and financial solutions as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with field and in-office duties. Responsibilities include assisting with loan applications, account management, collections, handling customer inquiries, conducting field visits to assist with payments, maintaining accurate records, and following policies. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, ability to handle high-volume calls, and cash handling/security. Bilingual ability is a plus. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday with one weekday off, in Houston, TX. Requires a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork. Training on field processes provided.
