Manage low-risk collections accounts to minimize delinquency and losses; interpret customers’ financial situations and provide guidance to resolve obligations; negotiate repayment options; handle inbound/outbound calls and maintain documentation with quality and confidentiality; operate in a hybrid schedule with remote work from home while residing within a 3-hour radius of Kansas City or St. Louis; requires empathy, clear communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with collection software (e.g., TSYS, SHAW, DM9) and baseline Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Collections experience preferred
