Job Summary
Directly supports the store manager to ensure efficient store operations, maximize sales, and maintain asset control. Responsible for providing excellent customer service leadership, greeting all customers, enforcing company policies, promoting a clean and organized store appearance, accurately processing cash and card transactions with integrity, ensuring merchandising and marketing programs are implemented (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, and monitoring store activities to ensure proper transactions. Also responsible for responding quickly to emergencies for the safety of customers and employees.
