Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, handling transactions, resolving inquiries, and promoting store products. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, alongside previous experience in customer service or retail. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass legally required certifications for selling restricted items.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age required due to equipment and/ or fuel handling responsibilities (where applicable)
- Ability to pass any legally required certifications for selling restricted items
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
