Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will attract new business, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide client care, focusing on selling auto and property insurance. Responsibilities include identifying client insurance needs, applying underwriting guidelines, achieving sales goals, handling client inquiries and complaints, and maintaining client retention by supporting referrals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement while working in a call center environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in both English and French
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of underwriting practices and home and auto insurance products
- Personal lines Damage Insurance Licence delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF)
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients.
