Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative in Plainfield, IN. Responsibilities include in-person and telephone order entry under automation system controls, assisting in pricing quotes and orders, balancing daily invoice edits, auditing open order reports, following up on customer credit claims, managing system invoicing for COD and open-term accounts, setting up terms and COD accounts, assisting with furnish and install programs and invoicing, distributing mail, handling incoming calls related to product and accounting matters, with some warehouse duties and other administrative tasks. Requires a high school degree and 3-5 years of customer service experience; basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; manufacturing experience preferred.
