Job Summary
Support the Health Texas project by providing customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Complete paid, comprehensive training to ensure highest levels of knowledge and professionalism before beginning onsite work. Begin onsite for the first day, then transition to a hybrid/remote schedule within the 8AM–6:30PM CST Monday–Friday operation window. This role is based in El Paso, TX, requiring applicants to reside in Texas within a 70-mile radius of the designated worksite.
