Job Summary
Explain repair processes and insurance claim details to customers while maintaining knowledge of partner authorization and billing requirements. Coordinate rental cars and tow services, ensure vehicle delivery to service advisors or backup teammates, and monitor daily DRP assignments and appointment rates. Follow up on past and present DRP assignments to maintain sales, manage logbooks and Enterprise ARMS, and secure payments. Assist with invoice reconciliation and maintain customer comfort items in the waiting area. Perform other administrative tasks as required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- The ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
