Job Summary
Explain repair processes and insurance claim information to customers while maintaining a broad knowledge of partner requirements for authorizations and billing. Coordinate rental cars and tow services to provide one-stop service, ensuring vehicles are delivered by assigned service advisors or backup teammates. Monitor and follow up on DRP assignments to maintain sales, manage daily logs and Enterprise ARMS, and secure proper payments. Assist with reconciling invoices and perform other administrative tasks as required. This role supports Classic Collision's mission to offer quality service with integrity and honesty to customers in the automotive repair industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- The ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
