Job Summary
Explain repair processes and insurance claims to customers while maintaining knowledge of partner authorization and billing requirements. Coordinate rental cars and tow services, ensure vehicle delivery by service advisors or backups, and assist with communication throughout the repair process. Monitor and follow up on DRP assignments, maintain daily logs in Enterprise ARMS, secure payments, and reconcile invoices. Keep customer comfort items fresh and manage the waiting area. Perform other administrative tasks as required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- The ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
