Job Summary
Explain repair processes and insurance claim information to customers while maintaining a knowledge base of partner requirements for authorizations and billing. Coordinate rental cars and tow services, monitor DRP assignments and estimates, and follow up on past and present assignments to maintain sales. Secure payments, reconcile invoices to payables reports, and ensure customer comfort items are fresh in the waiting area. Maintain daily logs in Enterprise ARMS and perform other administrative duties as assigned. This role supports Classic Collision's mission to deliver quality service with integrity to customers seeking vehicle repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
