Job Summary
Explain repair processes and insurance claim details to customers while maintaining knowledge of partner authorization and billing requirements. Coordinate rental cars and tow services, ensure vehicle delivery to service advisors or backup teammates, and monitor DRP assignments, estimates, and appointment rates. Secure payments, reconcile invoices to payables reports, and maintain daily DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS. Keep customer comfort items fresh and manage the waiting area while performing other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- The ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
