Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Chicago, IL, a hybrid role with on-site work 4 times per month, responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, researching inquiries, guiding motorists through billing types, charges, and rates, directing unresolved issues to appropriate departments, performing clerical duties (receiving/sending faxes, filing, writing work orders), and providing accurate information on billing and municipal requirements. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience, the ability to adapt to script changes in parking/enforcement programs, and strong attention to detail; English proficiency and basic computer skills are required. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Solid understanding of phone and customer service etiquette
- Learn and adapt to frequent script changes in parking, red light, and speed enforcement programs
- Must report onsite 4 times a month
- Ability to learn client applications and perform general office duties
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to retain a wealth of information to provide to customers
- Proficiency in English
- Possess basic computer skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
