Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role handling in-store customer interactions, greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly shopping environment. You’ll work across store areas to maintain high standards, ensure regular on-site attendance, interact with customers daily as part of a motivated team, and help achieve daily goals. Strong emphasis on selling products, providing excellent customer care, clear communication, quick-paced performance, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
