Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions while working inside and out to maintain high store appearance standards. Provide fast and friendly service across many different areas, interact daily with clients, and work with a motivated team to accomplish goals. Solve problems quickly, offer suggestions, and maintain attendance while standing or walking for up to eight hours. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally and up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with specific physical demands for bending, twisting, and eye-hand coordination. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
