Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Circle K: provide prompt courteous service to customers, greet and thank customers, assist with recommendations, ring up sales at the cash register, operate fuel console and related machines, maintain store cleanliness, complete merchandising and stocking duties, manage pricing signage, and uphold cash, inventory, and security controls. Requires ability to work a part-time shift, communicate clearly, perform basic arithmetic, and comply with dress and appearance standards. Physical duties include stocking, occasional lift up to 50 pounds, and standing for the shift. Must be able to work indoors most of the time with occasional outdoor exposure; prior retail or cash-handling experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment including cash registers or scanners; basic arithmetic operations preferred
