Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions while working inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for appearance and service. Perform cashier duties, work with the food program, and interact with daily customers while helping the team accomplish goals and solve problems. Provide regular onsite attendance and offer quick, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Requires retail or cashiering experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand for up to 8 hours while lifting up to 30 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- This handwork requires eye-hand coordination
- may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
