Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position at Circle K in New Kensington, PA. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing prompt and courteous service, making recommendations, processing sales at the cash register, handling payments, and performing multi-function transactions (fuel, lottery, money orders). Maintain store cleanliness and facility standards, manage merchandising and signage, assist with inventory and audits, and follow company guidelines for product breakage and spoilage. Requires ability to operate equipment (cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers), communicate clearly, work on time, and perform basic arithmetic. Physical duties include stocking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional exposure to cold environments; 95% of work is indoors with some outdoor duties. Shift is part-time with flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
