Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for greeting customers, providing friendly and attentive service, handling cash and various transactions (cash register, telecom, money orders, lottery), and processing sales. Duties include maintaining store cleanliness and facilities, organizing and rotating stock, completing build-to orders and signage, managing inventory and audits, and adhering to company guidelines and safety standards. Requires ability to work the assigned part-time shift with reliable attendance and strong communication skills. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
