Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed to greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase recommendations, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly store environment. Responsibilities include interacting with customers daily, maintaining store appearance, supporting multiple areas of the store, ensuring regular, predictable onsite attendance, and collaborating with a motivated team to meet daily goals. Key skills include selling products, delivering excellent customer care, effective communication, working quickly and enjoyably, teamwork, problem-solving, and staying adaptable. Prior retail or cashier experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are valued; willingness to learn and have fun is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
