Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service at Chevron Stations; conduct point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely across retail and fuel sales; manage cash drawer and cashier reconciliations; maintain cleanliness of indoor/outdoor facilities; prepare food and beverages per standards; manage stock and merchandising; promote store specials and programs; ensure food safety and comply with sanitation and regulatory requirements; assist with age-restricted product sales; communicate effectively with customers and team; adapt to varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; maintain professionalism, safety awareness, and adherence to CSI policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age in CA and OR locations; at least 21 in WA locations (per posting)
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions
- Availability to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Must have up-to-date food handling certificates as required by location
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods; ability to lift/move items as needed
