Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service, greet and thank customers, and perform accurate and safe point-of-sale transactions including cash handling. Maintain hygiene and sanitation in accordance with CSI, county, and state regulations; prepare food and beverages as needed; monitor product levels and restock; promote store specials and participate in marketing programs. Adhere to safety, security, and quality guidelines; report accidents immediately; work both independently and in a team; be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; maintain a neat appearance and comply with CSI image standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Travel: Rare, limited to required training and coverage for nearby stations (if applicable).
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
