Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service and conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely while adhering to CSI guidelines. Maintain a cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at shift end. Conduct regular station cleaning and ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices. Assist in food/beverage preparation and in stocking and merchandising of products. Promote store specials and monitor product levels to minimize loss. Follow local laws on age-restricted products and operate in a fast-paced retail environment with varying shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight). Maintain professional appearance and adhere to CSI’s safety, security, quality guidelines, and loss-prevention processes. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform lifting and basic manual dexterity tasks, and work both independently and in teams. Age requirements vary by location (CA/Oregon: 18+, WA: 21+). Compensation ranges from $18.25 to $19.25 per hour; benefits include health packages, education reimbursement, shift differential, and other programs. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred
