Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service. Greet and thank customers; conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely; manage cash drawer and reconcile at shift end; perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas and assist with food/beverage preparation; monitor product levels and restock; promote store specials and other marketing programs; observe local laws for age-restricted products; follow safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies; assist vendors and maintain sanitation standards; flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Role supports both retail and fuel sales, with potential involvement in Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) preparations and related foodservice duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgement.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
