Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. Provide exceptional guest service, greet and thank customers, manage cash drawer and POS transactions, maintain store cleanliness, prepare food/beverages for Krispy Krunchy Chicken offerings, promote store specials, ensure food safety, and adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines. Requires ability to work a variety of hours, stand for long periods, follow sanitation and lifting procedures, and comply with age-based restrictions by location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters.
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred

Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work Graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
